Dr. Manead Khin is a grant consultant specializing in biomedical research, disease strategy, grant development, and early-stage life science commercialization. She holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (cancer biology, analytical chemistry). Her interdisciplinary background enables her to bridge scientific innovation with commercialization strategy, helping startups and research teams secure non-dilutive funding and accelerate the development of transformative healthcare technologies.

In her role, Manead partners with biotechnology companies, academic investigators, and healthcare innovators to develop competitive NIH grant proposals. She has contributed to numerous SBIR and STTR applications across therapeutic development, artificial intelligence, medical devices, and diagnostics.
