Best for: Teams with a draft proposal that want to improve positioning, identify weaknesses, anticipate reviewer objections, and strengthen the narrative before submission.

Includes: Narrative review against the solicitation, scoring rubric, evaluation criteria, agency priorities, client differentiators, and likely reviewer concerns.

Deliverable: A formal narrative review feedback package with strengths and weaknesses analysis, gap analysis, reviewer-style feedback, prioritized revision recommendations, and suggested language improvements for key sections.

Endpoint: Delivery of the formal narrative review feedback package after BW&CO reviews the draft proposal, solicitation, scoring rubric, and relevant client information.

Not included: Budget review, budget narrative review, cost volume review, pricing review, indirect cost review, financial compliance review, labor rates, fringe, overhead, G&A, fee, or cost realism review.
